Diablo 4 List of All 12 Mythic Uniques
In Diablo 4, Mythic (formerly Uber) Uniques are the rarest and most powerful items in the game. With an extremely low drop rate, these items are highly sought after by players looking to maximize their character's potential.
Mythic Uniques always drop at item power 800 with maxed affix and Unique Power rolls. Mythic Uniques can also roll with Greater Affixes.
Season 5 Changes
In Season 5, Uber Uniques have been renamed to Mythics [1], reflecting their special status in the game. Mythic Uniques can be distinguished from normal Uniques by their purple loot beam and purple text in the tooltip.

The ability to craft Mythic Uniques was introduced in Season 3 (patch 1.3.2), offering players a new way to obtain these rare items. Here's how you can craft a
- Step 1: Salvage a random Mythic Unique to obtain a Resplendent Spark
- Step 2: Gather 2x Resplendent Spark
- Step 3: Transmute the + 50,000,000 at the Blacksmith to create a Mythic Unique of your choice2x Resplendent Spark
Crafted Mythic Uniques can be worn as early as Level 35!
This new crafting mechanic allows players to have some control over the Mythic Uniques they obtain, making it slightly easier to get the items they need for their builds. Salvaging Mythic Uniques also solved the issue of duplicate Mythic Unique drops, as often times, a duplicate drop was useless.
How to craft Mythic Uniques
You can also craft any specific Mythic Unique using a fixed combination of 6 legendary, 6 rare, and 6 magic runes,
Runes are guaranteed to drop from the following sources: Boss encounters throughout the Vessel of Hatred campaign, Whisper Caches, World Bosses, first time reward for clearing a Stronghold (magic runes only)

Changes in Season 4
Season 4 brought significant changes to the drop rates and crafting costs of Mythic Uniques:
- Drop Levels: Mythic Uniques can now drop from level 55, with an item power of 925.
- Crafting Cost: The cost to craft Mythic Uniques has been reduced from 5 to 4 (Season 6 further reduces this to 2) .Resplendent Spark
- Trading: While Uniques and Legendaries are now tradeable, Mythic Uniques remain untradeable
These changes have made it easier for players to acquire Mythic Uniques, enhancing their gameplay experience.
How to Farm Mythic Uniques
Farming Mythic Uniques can be challenging due to their intended rarity. Initially, they were so rare that no one could obtain them. To address this, endgame bosses were added in Season 2, providing increased chances to drop these rare items.
In Season 4,
With Season 6, all endgame bosses became Tormented bosses. The required summoning materials have also been streamlined are now the same across all difficulties.
How to Summon Duriel, King of Maggots
Uber Duriel can be found in the Gaping Crevasse, in the South of Kehjistan, East of Gea Kul.

- At around 50%, Uber Duriel will submerge and spawn holes and normal adds throughout the room
- Throughout the fight, Uber Duriel will charge players and throw them against the wall.
How to Summon Andariel, Maiden of Anguish
Uber Andariel can be found in the Hanged Man's Hall, in the East of Kehjistan, East of the Tarsarak waypoint.

Uber Andariel Strategy and Tips
- Ensure your character has maxed out defensive stats with armor and elemental resistances capped (85% for Physical Resistance, 70% for Elemental Resistances). Use elixirs to boost Armor, Resistances, or Maximum Health.
- Be prepared to dodge Andariel's various attacks, such as her Dash, Poison Projectiles, Lighting Balls, and Ground Seals. Skills like ,Teleport, orLeap, and high Movement Speed are crucial.Dash
- When Andariel disappears, prioritize destroying the Effigies of Anguish while dodging the large Blood Beam. The first time involves just the beam, while the second time adds Blood Marks on the ground.
- Once Andariel's health drops to 50%, flame-thrower statues appear on the outskirts. Move clockwise to avoid their fire beams while continuing to manage Andariel's other mechanics.
Mythic Unique Drop Rates
The exact drop rates for Mythic Uniques are not disclosed by Blizzard. However, it is known that these items have an extremely low drop rate, making them some of the rarest items in Diablo 4. Players must rely on farming endgame bosses and using the crafting system introduced in Season 4 to increase their chances of obtaining these coveted items.
