Effect
While active, Counterattack reflects incoming Razor Wings back out again. Other Small Missiles are also deflected back at enemies and deal [25 - 32]% of Counterattack's Base damage on impact.
How to get Aspect of Deflection
The Aspect of Deflection can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
