Effect
- When your Core Skills Overpower an enemy, you spawn 3 Volatile Blood Drops. Collecting a Volatile Blood Drop causes it to explode, dealing [1 - 4] Physical damage around you.
- Every 20 seconds, your next Skill is guaranteed to Overpower.

The Blood Boiling Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
The fastest way to get the Blood Boiling Aspect is to gamble Offhands on a Druid or Necromancer.
