Effect
- When your Core Skills Overpower an enemy, you spawn 3 Volatile Blood Drops. Collecting a Volatile Blood Drop causes it to explode, dealing [X] Physical damage around you.
- Every 20 seconds, your next Skill is guaranteed to Overpower.
