Skills deal up to x[5 - 25]% increased damage based on your available Primary Resource when cast, receiving the maximum benefit while you have full Primary Resource.
How to get Edgemaster's Aspect
The Edgemaster's Aspect can only be found as a legendary item from monster or treasure drops, or by gambling with the Purveyor of Curiosities.
The fastest way to get the Edgemaster's Aspect is to gamble Offhands on a Druid or Necromancer.
