How to Create CemYom

You can create CemYom by adding the magic Cem Rune of Ritual and the legendary Yom Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Overflow

CemYom can not overflow because the Yom Rune does not have an overflow effect.
