How to Create FeoOhm

You can create FeoOhm by adding the rare Feo Rune of Ritual and the legendary Ohm Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Skill, increasing your damage dealt by 15% for 6 seconds. (600)

Overflow

When FeoOhm overflows, you receive the Ohm Rune's overflow effect (Increased Duration) 0.67 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
