FeoVex is a legendary Runeword created by combining a Feo Rune of Ritual and a Vex Rune of Invocation.

How to Create FeoVex

You can create FeoVex by adding the rare Feo Rune of Ritual and the legendary Vex Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Feo - Become Injured or Crowd Controlled. (Cooldown: 10 seconds) (1000)

Vex - Gain +1 to all Skills for 10 seconds. (150)

Overflow

When FeoVex overflows, you receive the Vex Rune's overflow effect (More Skill ranks, up to 3.) 5.67 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
