How to Create KaaTeb

You can create KaaTeb by adding the rare Kaa Rune of Ritual and the magic Teb Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Overflow

KaaTeb can not overflow because the Teb Rune does not have an overflow effect.
