NaguVex is a legendary Runeword created by combining a Nagu Rune of Ritual and a Vex Rune of Invocation.

How to Create NaguVex

You can create NaguVex by adding the legendary Nagu Rune of Ritual and the legendary Vex Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Nagu - Maintain at least 1 active Summon for 5 seconds, gaining offering for each up to 6 Summon. (100)

Vex - Gain +1 to all Skills for 10 seconds. (150)

Overflow

When NaguVex overflows, you receive the Vex Rune's overflow effect (More Skill ranks, up to 3.) 0.33 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
