NeoVex is a legendary Runeword created by combining a Neo Rune of Ritual and a Vex Rune of Invocation.

How to Create NeoVex

You can create NeoVex by adding the rare Neo Rune of Ritual and the legendary Vex Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Neo - Deal damage after not taking any within 5 seconds. (Resets if Invulnerable.) (300)

Vex - Gain +3 to all Skills for 5 seconds. (400)

Overflow

When NeoVex overflows, you receive the Vex Rune's overflow effect (Increased Duration) 0.5 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
