After a lot of feedback for the new seasonal event, abattoir of Zir, Players can expect a hotfix today Friday, December 8 to address a few import pain points of the update.

Glyph Experience Rewards

Starting from Tier 2, the glyph experience is going to be increased drastically to reduce the time it takes to level up

Tears of Blood

While the glyph experience for completing the Abattoir of Zir is already very high, it would still take hundreds of hours to level the Glyph to its highest level.

Problematic Affixes

The Vampiric and Suppressor Affixes are being removed from Bloodseekers, not only in the AoZ, but throughout the game. These affixes posed a significant difficulty when trying to complete the dungeon in time.

Difficulty and Damage Reductions

The first 10 Tiers of the AoZ will be scaled down to reduce the high difficulty ramp up that exists today. After Tier 10, the difficulty should remain relatively the same.

Overall, all incoming damage will be reduced by about ~20%. This change affects all tiers of the Abattoir.
