CirLac is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Lac Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirLac

You can create CirLac by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the rare Lac Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Lac - Invoke the Barbarian's

Challenging Shout

Skill, taunting enemies and reducing your damage taken for 3 seconds. (400)

Overflow

When CirLac overflows, you receive the Lac Rune's overflow effect (Increased Duration) 0.5 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
