CirWat - Lethargic Disdain

CirWat is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Wat Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirWat

You can create CirWat by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the rare Wat Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Wat - Invoke the Necromancer's

Horrid Decrepify

Skill, Slowing enemies, reducing their damage, and letting you Execute them. (100)

Overflow

When CirWat overflows, you receive the Wat Rune's overflow effect (Increase duration) 2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
