CirJah is a legendary Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Jah Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirJah

You can create CirJah by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the legendary Jah Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Jah - Replace your next Evade with the Sorcerer's

Teleport

Skill, blinking further, dealing damage, and becoming Unstoppable. (250)

Overflow

When CirJah overflows, you receive the Jah Rune's overflow effect (Store Excess Offering) 0.2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
