CemObr is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cem Rune of Ritual and a Obr Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CemObr

You can create CemObr by adding the magic Cem Rune of Ritual and the rare Obr Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Obr - Invoke to create a Warlock's Brimstone at your location. (100)

Overflow

When CemObr overflows, you receive the Obr Rune's overflow effect (Damage) 0.5 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
