CemKel is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cem Rune of Ritual and a Kel Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CemKel

You can create CemKel by adding the magic Cem Rune of Ritual and the rare Kel Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Kel - Invoke the Paladins's Rally Skill, gaining Resource and Movement Speed for 8 seconds. (500)

Overflow

When CemKel overflows, you receive the Kel Rune's overflow effect (Increased Resource) 0.05 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
