CemPrid is a magic Runeword created by combining a Cem Rune of Ritual and a Prid Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CemPrid

You can create CemPrid by adding the magic Cem Rune of Ritual and the magic Prid Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Prid - Invoke the Warlock's Dark Prison Skill, tethering enemies to the area for 3 seconds. (250)

Overflow

When CemPrid overflows, you receive the Prid Rune's overflow effect (Increase Dark Prison Duration) 0.2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
