CirObr is a rare Runeword created by combining a Cir Rune of Ritual and a Obr Rune of Invocation.

How to Create CirObr

You can create CirObr by adding the magic Cir Rune of Ritual and the rare Obr Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Cir - Cast 5 Skills then become exhausted for 3 seconds. (300)

Obr - Invoke to create a Warlock's Brimstone at your location. (100)

Overflow

When CirObr overflows, you receive the Obr Rune's overflow effect (Damage) 2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
