How to Create MoniWat

You can create MoniWat by adding the magic Moni Rune of Ritual and the rare Wat Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Skill, Slowing enemies, reducing their damage, and letting you Execute them. (100)

Overflow

MoniWat can not overflow because the amount of Offering you receive from the Moni Rune exactly fills the required Offering of the Wat Rune.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
