How to Create XolWat

You can create XolWat by adding the legendary Xol Rune of Ritual and the rare Wat Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Overflow

XolWat can not overflow because the Wat Rune does not have an overflow effect.
