How to Create UrWat

You can create UrWat by adding the magic Ur Rune of Ritual and the rare Wat Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

UrWat can not overflow because the Wat Rune does not have an overflow effect.
