How to Create NeoJah

You can create NeoJah by adding the rare Neo Rune of Ritual and the legendary Jah Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Neo - Deal damage after not taking any within 5 seconds. (Resets if Invulnerable.) (300)

Jah - Replace your next Evade with the Sorcerer's

, blinking further, dealing damage, and becoming Unstoppable. (500)

Overflow

NeoJah can not overflow because the Jah Rune does not have an overflow effect.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
