How to Create NeoKel

You can create NeoKel by adding the rare Neo Rune of Ritual and the rare Kel Rune of Invocation to a two-socketed Helm, Chest Armor, Pants, or Two-Handed Weapon.

Neo - Avoid health damage while fighting for 2 seconds. (200)

Kel - Invoke the Paladins's Rally Skill, gaining Resource and Movement Speed for 8 seconds. (500)

Overflow

When NeoKel overflows, you receive the Kel Rune's overflow effect (Increased Resource) 0.2 times.

Overflow occurs when your Ritual generates more Offering than required for the Invocation. The overflow effect is proportional to the amount Offering overflows.
